2. Orders and Project Requirements
You agree to provide accurate project details, source footage, assets, and instructions required to complete your order. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery schedules.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are due as agreed at checkout or invoice terms. Work may begin after payment confirmation. Late payments may delay delivery.
4. Revisions
Revision rounds are provided according to your selected package or written agreement. Revision requests should be clear and consolidated. Requests outside the original project scope may require additional fees.
5. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, and may vary by complexity, revision volume, and response speed. We will communicate material delays promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
You must have all necessary rights to any footage, music, graphics, trademarks, and other assets you submit. You retain ownership of your original materials. Final delivered edits are licensed or assigned to you upon full payment, except for third-party licensed elements which remain subject to their own terms.
7. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display non-confidential portions of completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing channels. You may request non-disclosure in writing before project start.
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing lawful content and securing all required permissions.
- Reviewing deliverables in a timely manner.
- Maintaining backups of all original media files.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing activity. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate projects that violate these Terms or applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZ Edits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as views, engagement, or revenue) from edited content.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services for material breach. If terminated, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where AZ Edits operates, unless otherwise required by law.
